“My experience with IONIX has been very positive.  It effectively tracks vulnerabilities throughout our extern attack surface, helping us assess our security posture. The prioritization is especially valuable for our engineers, as it highlights key assets that impact risk exposure. Without extra effort, it covers 80% of critical risks and provides accurate reports. Clear action item descriptions make it easier for the IT Security team as well as the engineers, to understand and act on findings, streamlining the remediation process. After a recent SOC upgrade, we’ve deepened our use of the insights from IONIX, allowing for more thorough analysis and better utilization of the findings. IONIX is proactive in updating scans and incorporating product improvement suggestions. Its active protection feature automatically mitigates exploits.”

What do you like most about the product or service?

The integration process was very smooth, and i appreciate how effortlessly IONIX scans our external attack surface for vulnerabilities. Its ability to prioritize threats, deliver reports without false positives, and present actionable insights in clear, straightforward language has been highly beneficial to our organization.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

At first the product lacked the possibility to comment action items within the platform. Therefore we placed a feature request. Shortly after, the feature request was heard and implemented by the product team, now allowing us to keep track of action items within the password.
