About The Position
As a business director of strategic accounts, you will be responsible for your region's existing customer base and in particular - the region's book of business. You will make sure that newly acquired customers are properly onboarding and maturing with IONIX. Further, you'll be accountable for your region's accounts' subscriptions renewals and properly cultivate upsell/cross sell opportunities to drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
